The front desk offered really good aid. A women secured a doctor on a Friday afternoon because I had a sinus infection. She surpass her duties to make sure I was well taken care of.
The rooms felt tiny including the bathrooms. The view did not impressed and I felt the stay was expensive for its worth. I find the reception service only average.

The location was great. It was a short walk to the eiffel tower and nearby shops. i found the hotel clean and quite comfortable. it suited my travel needs well. i also appreciated the quiet room and quiet setting.
Soundproofing was not great. I could hear water flowing through pipes during odd hours. this did cause some minor disruptions.

i found the temperature easy to adjust and the bathroom a good size. the room was clean overall and the staff were both friendly and professional.
The soundproofing wasn't amazing. I could hear water flowing through the pipes at times.

The room I got, a Comfort Single Room, was small. I barely had space to move around, and it felt quite cramped. the television remote didn't work, and the staff mentioned they were already aware of the issue, yet it wasn't fixed .

The location worked well. I found several restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean. The bed provided comfort at night.
The room felt small. It proved difficult to open my large suitcases and keep everything organized. Sometimes the staff forgot to refill complimentary water bottles in the room daily. I found this to be an oversight.
